Pam Boaz, PhD About Pam Boaz
At times we may find ourselves, perhaps because of particular difficult life situations, caught in thinking, behavioral and emotional patterns that feel familiar and comfortable. But these very patterns can also seem to make our lives more difficult and get in the way of achieving goals and well-being. I work with individuals and couples on exploring and increasing options and choices in thinking, feeling and acting. I can help reduce feelings of stress or panic and increase motivation, interest and energy and change destructive or non-productive patterns.

I have many years experience working with individuals suffering from traumatic events (past or present), chronic pain or disability, relational problems, parenting and life-stage transitions.

I work with parents on developing strategies to effectively assist their children in working through emotional and psychological developmental stages.
